Collaborative, smart, friendly and open group of people. My colleagues are always willing to help and it's fun to work with them!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is pretty great at communicating company priorities, welcoming newcomers and creating an open forum to give each other kudos on our bi weekly calls. I feel informed and included.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that there are always company events happening whether virtual or in person. NextRoll offers employees the option to work fully remote, hybrid or in person. I feel like they just get it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I found the interview process to be fair, transparent and well structured. It was just the right number of interviewers and the process was swift. I like that I didn't just interview with my immediate team but also key stakeholders.
