The support and welcoming of people with different backgrounds

I love that there are always company events happening whether virtual or in person. NextRoll offers employees the option to work fully remote, hybrid or in person. I feel like they just get it.

The people and its overall culture

There is a focus on the human side of people here. We're certainly not just numbers.

Inclusivity. Diverse. Educated and a fun environment to work in.

Extremely collaborative and everyone helps each other.
