What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have a lot of rewards to celebrate "small" accomplishments which is nice since the big accomplishments occur less often.

Open environment that leads to collaboration. Everyone has a front-row seat to successes and failures at all levels within the firm.

Fun, open, music playing, people talking on the phones, competitive/performance driven, and the day goes fast.
