There needs to be more structure and organization. Lack of communication has been something that I have observed within the company. I would highly recommend a structure and organizational plan to be executed for certain positions in order for work to flow smoothly.

They share what has been done within the past few weeks and they are genuinely interested in your feedback.

You are able to work independently without supervision which helps you build by taking risks and managing your own schedule.

My eagerness to learn within the field is what makes me most happy to experience, although it fluctuates on what is readily available.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There are many steps prior to being hired on which states that the company is genuinely seeking to hire the right candidate for administrative positions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Level of education should be considered when paying individuals regardless of the position. I met another individual in the same position as I am with less education who is being paid a higher wage. As an entry-level position, experience shouldn't be made a factor considering it is temporary work.
