Mr. Christian Dobrauc serves as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at NGL Energy Holdings LLC at NGL Energy Partners LP. Mr. Dobrauc is responsible for transaction structuring and execution across business segments. Mr. Dobrauc was a Director of Business Development with Gavilon Energy where he structured and closed numerous growth capital transactions for Gavilon's crude oil, refined products, renewable fuels and NGL businesses. He has served in M&A, project finance and corporate development roles over the last 13 years with a primary focus on natural resources and energy infrastructure. He focuses on financial consulting and strategic advisory services to financial sponsors and operating companies. Mr. Dobrauc started his investment banking career with Salomon Smith Barney. He served as a Vice President of Mergers and acquisitions for First National Investment Banking where he led its Renewable Energy practice. He also worked in corporate finance and development for TD Ameritrade and Heartland Automotive Services. He serves as Director at Quantum Growth Group, LLC. Mr. Dobrauc received a B.S. in Finance from Creighton University.
