Gregory J. Pound — President of Transmontaigne GP LLC and Chief Operating Officer of Transmontaigne GP LLC at NGL ENERGY PARTNERS LP

Mr. Gregory J. Pound, also known as Greg, serves as an Executive Vice President of Operations for Refined Products at NGL Energy Holdings LLC. Mr. Pound served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Transmontaigne GP LLC at Transmontaigne Partners LP from January 1, 2008 to 2017. Mr. Pound served as the Chief Operating Officer of TransMontaigne LLC. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of TransMontaigne GP LLC and Transmontaigne Operating Company L.P., a General Partner of Transmontaigne Partners L.P from January 1, 2008 to 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President from May 2007 to December 2007. He has served as an Executive Vice President of Asset Operations at TransMontaigne Inc. since February 2002 and served as its President. Since beginning his career with Tenneco Oil Company in 1986, he has held several positions in the areas of Operations, Environmental Compliance and Marketing. He served as an Executive Vice President of Transmontaigne Partners L.P from May 2007 to December 2007. Mr. Pound has also been active in various industry organizations and has been a past Chairman of the International Liquid Terminals Association. He has been a Director of Olco Petroleum Group Inc. since December 2006.
