Robert W. Karlovich III — CFO, EVP & Treasurer of NGL Energy Holdings LLC at NGL ENERGY PARTNERS LP

Mr. Robert W. Karlovich, III, also known as Trey, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of NGL Energy Holdings LLC and NGL Energy Partners LP since February 22, 2016. Mr. Karlovich served as the Chief Financial Officer of APL Arkoma, Inc. He served as Treasurer of NGL Energy Holdings LLC. He served as Senior Vice President of Commercial and Business Development for Targa Resources Partners LP from November 2015 through February 2016. Mr. Karlovich served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Atlas Pipeline Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of Targa Pipeline Partners LP from October 31, 2011 to February 2016 and from September 18, 2009 to February 2016 respectively. He served as Chief Accounting Officer of Atlas Pipeline Holdings GP LLC at Atlas Energy, L.P - since November 2009. He served as the Controller of Atlas Pipeline Mid-Continent, LLC from September 2006 to November 2009. He served as a Controller of Syntroleum Corp., from April 11, 2005 to September 2006. He joined Syntroleum in April 2003 as a Senior Accountant and served as its Accounting Manager since February 2004. He served as an Auditor in the Tulsa offices of Grant Thornton LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP, where he worked with numerous public clients and energy companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Karlovich holds a BS degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Okla.
