Dr. Shawn W. Coady has been President of Retail Division - NGL Energy Holdings LLC, the general partner of NGL Energy Partners LP since April 2012 and has been its Chief Operating Officer of Retail Division since October 2010. He served as Co-President of Retail Division - NGL Energy Holdings LLC, the General Partner of NGL Energy Partners LP (formely, Silverthorne Energy Partners LP) from October 2010 to April 2012. Dr. Coady has over 20 years' experience in the retail propane industry, as well as acquisition and strategic organic growth experience. He served as Vice President of Hicks Oils & Hicksgas Incorporated since March 1989. He served as the President of Hicksgas Gifford from March 1989 to 2010. Dr. Coady has been a Director and of the Illinois Propane Gas Association since 2004. He has been a Director of NGL Energy Holdings LLC - at NGL Energy Partners LP since September 2010. Dr. Coady has been the Illinois State Director of the National Propane Gas Association since 2004. Dr. Coady has valuable management and operational experience to the board. Dr. Coady holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Emory University and an O.D. from the University of Houston.
