Mgt could try listen to mgr level how their superiors performance, KPI shouldn't be 1 way, should be 2 ways
they need to get better at gathering the team together and be motivated.

Certainly Better than industry average

i feel as if I have way too much responsibility and not getting paid enough

my workers and I get along fine, but they need to be more professional and less talking.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are celebrating all religion festival and annual dinner
the friendliness and the fact that we go out drinking frequently

Management perspective views and attitude.

Bonus ,increment , Salary and allowance
