Nissan Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

base salary, benefits, car schemes

All of it its good

The penasion plan is decent if you can make it that far.

The best people I could ever work for

Flexibility and creativity is applied to create the best solution for both me and the company.

Health Insurance coverage and salary

Employee lease vehicles steeply discounted, plus a car stipend

Best part would be commission but that could due for an increase very soon

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Over worked and very much under paid!

Warranty time dont pay enough

Leadership is weak and does not inpire staff to do great work.

Review from Marketing Dept

If the company would allow for salary/compensation numbers to be shared internally. HR does not accept counter-offers internally when providing you with a promotion. It's take it or leave it. And the yearly increase hardly keeps up with inflation, and likely won't this year.

Review from Marketing Dept

Salary is not only lower than competitors for similar roles but advancement is also hindered by management and HR wanting to constantly reduce costs.

pay overtime because daily we need to work at leas 10 hours

I have been paid less and offered lower designation than my European peers, though I am managing complex projects than my peers

due to the amount of Job done VS salary due to different salary paid in Automotive industry some of my skills are not utilized at work

Review from Sales Dept

Especially in Europe region, non-European employees are paid less despite their experience and education.

We had a record breaking year and yet my paychecks were only getting smaller each month which did not make any sense as most of the vehicles that Nissan assembles are not brought overseas from Japan but now they are assembled in Tennessee which they raise destination fees on cheaper costs.

Review from Sales Dept

If raises were given a little more frequently and without having to hunt for them.

Vacation and sick time before serving a year with the company

Benefits seem to change every year, you never know who is providing health care etc. so you cannot maximize any benefit.
