The managers need to understand the dynamic market conditions and open for millennial and Gen Z ideas. Resisting the change will not lead us anywhere in future

Too many global changes at once, especially with the IS group. Global Leader came from GE Digital (which was a failure) and trying to do the same thing at Nissan - except trying to push all jobs to him home province in India.
