Adam Peakes — Senior VP, CFO & Treasurer at Noble Corporation

Mr. Adam C. Peakes has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Noble Corporation plc since January 23, 2017. Since 2011, Mr. Peakes has served as Managing Director and Head of OFS Investment Banking at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Company. From 2000 to 2011, he served in various roles at Goldman Sachs & Company, most recently as Managing Director, Global Natural Resources for Investment Banking Division. Mr. Peakes served as Managing Director of Investment Banking of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., LLC until June 12, 2013. Mr. Peakes served as Managing Director in Global Natural Resources investment banking group at Goldman Sachs & Co. for 11 years. At Goldman, Mr. Peakes served in the New York and Houston offices and advised on transactions such as Pride International's recent sale to Ensco and Baker Hughes' acquisition of BJ Services, as well as on financings for energy companies that total in the billions. He earned his MBA at Harvard Business School in 2000 and his undergraduate degree at Rice University in 1995.
