From January 1989 to September 1994, she served consecutively as Manager of Benefits and Director of Human Resources for Noble Drilling Services Inc. She served as Senior Vice President of Administration at Noble Corporation plc from July 2001 to February 10, 2006. Prior to 1989, she served consecutively in the positions of Risk and Benefits Manager and Marketing Services Coordinator for a predecessor subsidiary of Noble, beginning in 1979. She has been a Director of Noble Corporation plc since September 12, 2017. She served as a Director of Paragon Offshore plc from 2014 to September 21, 2015. Ms. Robertson is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Communications and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
