What do you like best about the leadership team? The leadership team would compete in terms of resume with that of any corporate c-suite but does the work with humility, service, and passion for students in a unique way. The organization leads with hearts and ears for its staff and families needs and feedback. Also: Noble is Best in Country.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Noble's benefits are top of market, including perks usually found in tech and other competitive markets but not in education. If we weren't a non-profit, my salary would be much higher, but for a non-profit, Noble works hard to lead the way.
What are some of the best things about your team?Passion. Talent. Results. Empathy. Win.
