What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an office pet, we celebrate even the smallest of achievements or occasions in each others lives. Open doors policy. I feel I work with friends and not colleagues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have an agenda set and distributed in advance and this helps steer the meeting going in the right direction. Everyone is encouraged to contribute and all the suggestions are given equal importance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation policy is very fair. Even though the recruiter knew I was expecting lower compensation, she made sure to get me a package in line with the colleagues at my level, when I joined.
