It differs for everyone, but is encouraged by the company. If that is something important to you, provided your performance meets the requirements of your job and your expectations, you will have no problem balancing work and personal.

They allow employees to work remotely 2 days a week, provided the individual is in good standing and performance does not suffer working away from the office. It is a work-hard, play-hard mentality. They respect their employees.

Reasonable - there is a strong type A culture that shifts this hard toward work - however, few of them have a strong impact on the bottom line - it's usually for show.

Totally dependent on your immediate manager. Historically it's been well balanced where if you put in 110% for 8 hours you don't have to work past that point.
