Since the Dell EMC merger, management is heavily pushing the #culturecode. What that means is that we have shared values of Customers First + Winning together + innovation + results + integrity, and is "activated" by setting expectations for How we work + How we lead. So managers do have some pressure to be a better leader via Net Promoter Scores for employees called the eNPS through the "TellDell" surveys. The downside is that I have yet to see any actual changes from the November and February surveys, but they sure do talk about it plenty. What you will experience depends primarily on where in the company you will work. Sales and Pre-Sales engineering are high pressure get the sale, internal product engineering is more of typical get the products out the door, and other groups are more of a plod along.
Very pro-employee. Everyone in my department, Microsoft Practice [Washington, DC] got along really well. Dress was business casual [Khakis and Polo Shirt].
