Ms. Kathy Warner has been State President of South Carolina at WellCare Health Plans, Inc. since July 26, 2015. Ms. Warner has responsibility for WellCare's Medicaid and Medicare Advantage businesses across the state and leads its statewide quality and growth initiatives. She has more than 28 years of health care experience and has served in various health care executive roles. She has served as WellCare Health Plans's chief operating officer for South Carolina since March 2013. She was WellCare's Vice President of field network management for Georgia. She also served as market Chief Operating Officer for central and southwest Georgia. Prior to joining WellCare in 2006, she served in several leadership roles for Columbus Regional Healthcare System, including Chief Financial Officer and director of managed care contracting from 1995 to 2005.
