CB integration at VM ware is inexistent BU will most likely be closed by 2023 once Broadcom acquisition is completed in late '22

Continues to be a perpetual mess internally. Peiple leave in waves. Managers unable to help develop careers.

No one is on the same page, ever. Quotas unattainable in many many many parts of this company. High turn over rate, lack of growth paths. Not normal internal issues for large enterpise company...

A lot of growing pains since vmware acquired carbon black, culture is great but processes a nightmare

Carbon Black had a wonderful culture when we were stand alone - it is changing somewhat by merging with the larger company. People go out of their way to help each other. Sadly though, many original employees and leaders are leaving and their replacements are not of the same caliber.

Their attentiveness to assist and back you up. They also sincerely care about you.

Stratgetic , friendly, postive , understanding, kind

They are highly technical, and very transparent

Leadership lacks experience due to massive exodus

RSUs and Flex PTO are my most appreciated things due to my intense life and work balance.

It is fair, and equitably distributed

You continually have to chase down your comission after you book deals

Too many compensation changes, frequent miss communcations about what youre paid and not paid.

The people are great and always happy to help

We all have each others backs

Too much internal chatter... easy to gossip

They're easy to talk with and discuss work concerns with. People will listen, jump in calls, and help actively.

VMware does offer lots of perks to keep employees

Everyone is always happy to helo across the teams

The team work is great - and everyone supports each other

Meeting the people and getting to know them

I enjoy the technology and working with the customers
