Paul Murphy III — Executive Chairman at Noodles & Company

Mr. Paul J. B. Murphy, III, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Del Taco Inc. since February 2009. Mr. Murphy has been the Executive Chairman of Noodles & Company since July 10, 2017. He has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mexican Quick Serve Chain of Del Taco Inc. since February 2006. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Del Taco LLC, the General Partner of Del Taco Restaurant Properties II, Del Taco Restaurant Properties III, Del Taco Income Properties IV and Del Taco Restaurant Properties I since February 2009. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Del Taco Restaurants, Inc. since February 2009 until July 7, 2017 and served as its President since February 2009 until December 2016. Mr. Murphy served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. (formerly, New World Restaurant Group, Inc.) from October 2003 to December 2008. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. from June 2002 to October 2003. He served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at ENBC Corporation since March 1998. He served as an Acting Chairman and Director of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. from October 2003 to October 13, 2004. He served as a Director of Del Taco Restaurants, Inc. since June 30, 2015 until July 7, 2017. Mr. Murphy holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Washington and Lee University.
