Pay is a joke and so are benefits. However, the culture is pretty awesome because other coaches are awesome, the work is pretty easy, it's work from home, and you can set your own schedule. The company itself is a moral gray area for me and I'm not sure if it's an ethical company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work without pants on honestly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Besides the execs., everyone rocks. My coworkers and supervisors are super helpful, friendly, supportive and caring.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Maybe combine some of the steps of the process together. I think there were like 7 or 8 different steps in the process total. It took a long time and a lot of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is an AMAZING person who is really supportive, helpful, and constructive. The people a few levels above my supervisor are - at best - unhelpful, shady, never give straight answers, and they always say, "I'm not the person in charge" no matter who you ask.
