Leadership - self serving and not approachable
Leading, communicating, planning and organisation
They give far too much work, no support, only more pressure
Taking an interest in students and educators

Equity and bonuses are great
Accomodation, flights, health care, gym membership
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everythibg is unfair at nbps even atudents ser how unfairly teavgers are treated compared to administrators

Compensation does not allow for a suitable quality of life compared to other international schools
My issue is not the money, I need a work life balance. When most colleagues need medication because of stress and anxiety there is something fundamentally wrong

They are hardworking, diverse, some are creative

This company runs people into the ground and then gets new ones in

Lots of respect, responsibility and empathy
The people work well in teams, and the students are wonderful

Inequality of polocies abd how teachers are treated

Don't allow parents to bullying teachers
Less of a focus on greed
