All ideas matter, great work environment
very smart, effective, educated, approachable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They do not support stagf and are usualky weak and only looking to get abead do not care at all avout its employees or teachers

Leadership - self serving and not approachable
Leading, communicating, planning and organisation
They give far too much work, no support, only more pressure
Taking an interest in students and educators
Looking after their staff, as currently they seem to be less of a priority than collecting the rubbish. There is no empathy shown at all. The focus on profit over everything is dreadful.
Seeing education as something other than a route to make them rich
Investing in the schools they already have by providing enough teachers to cater for the students they are admitting. Stop acquiring schools when you have frozen pay for current employees.
