As a consultant, I have ZERO PTO. If I want to take a day off, I go unpaid. With the amount of money that the client pays hourly, there should be a small chunk that comes out of the Nordic side, for a few PTO days for consultants. Consultants deserve a day off without having to not get paid for it.
