Nordic once prided itself on its transparency, and I feel a lot of that has been lost. When we ask questions about our benefits and compensation, we're given generic answers like "we're looking into it" or "we're competitive." Senior/exec leadership has also been totally absent from ERGs and DEI.

I do not like our CEO and what he stands for. I believe the executive team is too focused on buying new companies and expansion, rather than actually retaining the employees that they actually have and treating them fairly.

COVID policy. Vaccinated people are carriers of Delta just as bad as the unvaccinated. The only real difference at this point is how sick they get. So requiring vaccination isn't helpful. Also, you can't run a company on 11 maxims. That's too many things to "focus" on. And some contradict others.

Bruce was a great leader and seemed to care about the employees at Nordic. Jim seems to care about bringing on more EY execs to our leadership team and seems to care about profits over our people. Jim seems clueless about how to message acquiring other businesses when team members saw paycuts.

I'm giving mgmt an overall score of 5. Generally, what they do is great & rcv a 10 for that. However; it seems that mgmt bends over backward to showcase the LOVE ERG and the LGBT+ community. Not every employee or Client supports that, so for that I give them a 0, which averages a 5.
