What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very compasionate and helpful, thankful that i work for a company like noridan
They really care about the company and employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Patients and communication with the employee
Basic professionalism and leadership skills.
Communication and understanding. They lack empathy for employees
Execs see employees as numbers and not people, managers are not receptive to new ideas, micromanage, and are too obsessed with metrics despite rank and files having no incentive to be productive
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The generous PTO and flexible holidays.
Medical benefits, pay 401k use
It's fair for the area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries, raises and bonus' are far below industry norms.
Compensation is terrible. I made more at a hospital 10 years ago.
Noridian currently pays less than entry-level positions at McDonalds but asks for a higher level of effort and dedication. Pay more or provide a monetary incentive to production, like a monthly bonus based on number of pieces completed

The collaboration between us, the desire to do good work and improve our business.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn to do their jobs. The majority of the work falls to the capable employees and others can't do their jobs or just get in the way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way people want to and are willing to jump in and help.

Treat employees like people, not work machines

Meeting key individuals who I would be working with on the team.

Friendlier and respectful of wait times
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on new things all the time, I get to take on project on my own.
Being apart of an awesome team
Its fully remote and work is completely done from home.
The ability to telecommute is the best part of my job.
