Salaries, raises and bonus' are far below industry norms.
Compensation is terrible. I made more at a hospital 10 years ago.
Noridian currently pays less than entry-level positions at McDonalds but asks for a higher level of effort and dedication. Pay more or provide a monetary incentive to production, like a monthly bonus based on number of pieces completed
Learn to do their jobs. The majority of the work falls to the capable employees and others can't do their jobs or just get in the way.
