I can have flexible working hours
We don't have anymore good benefits but the mandatory part is still intact, like the holidays. We most have to work if we want to keep our job but they don't pay us extra when we use to.

Before we used to have good benefits. Bonuses salary increases now. Employees that are not productive many times make better money than the ines that are one time never sick or hard workers

NORMS should provide better health care, seniority benefits, employee benefits and bonuses. Management shouldn’t be the only ones who obtain bonuses based on FOH sale
