It has been several changes for lots of reasons but the leadership we have has had the best ways possible to work things out for everybody.
It all depends on the person in charge

Everything needs to be worked on.
Basically in short every single thing
Appreciate workers better salaries benefits And not only apprecaite the ones they like or are friends with be more professional

Everything that includes its really good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't have anymore good benefits but the mandatory part is still intact, like the holidays. We most have to work if we want to keep our job but they don't pay us extra when we use to.
Transparity In everything , that could improve
The way that we had more benefits and the out old insurance hate blue shield

we work quickly and very calm
We try to respect everyones personalities
The mix of ages it's diversity gotten train all evenly

Needs more structure and organization of the crew and managers.

You need Managers that are willing to work not sit at the cameras all day
Alot of my customers say we have horrible service and that the never never comes out the same every time
Employee appreciation has decreased dramatically, therefore, employees should be recognized and paid properly.
Hire more and treat them fair so they dont quit the next week.
