Pre-pandemic I really enjoyed my job. It's considerably more frustrating now. My managers are really great and I love my co workers.

My coworkers are like a family. Everyone helps out for the most part.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our regular customers are awesome. I truly enjoy most of my coworkers as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish the health insurance was more affordable for hourly employees and we had 401 k company contribution matching.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pre-pandemic things were really enjoyable and currently things are hard. The customers can be ridiculous and even violent. The positive part of that is that our managers have our back, and deal with disrespectful unruly customers immedialty.
