It was a pretty great experience. I have so much fun working with my coworkers and my managers because I know we all have a great teamwork chemistry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like there wasn't enough benefits for part time/ fulltime.

I like how it was just straightforward not beating around the bush

I love how the managers and coworkers are very understanding and very helpful

Honestly just see the smiles on the clients because that's what I know I did an amazing job

For my leadership team, I like how we are all able to communicate and distinguish the fax that need to be said in order for us to improve
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team is that we have great communication skills, we're good together, we all have a goal which is to satisfy our customers and have a fast pace so the customers do not have to wait too long
