Can have a great collaborative effort but meetings get bogged down and too many disruptions. Presenters too often interrupted.

The ultimate goal is finding the right associates at every level and I feel that everyone tries to achieve this expectation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Senior leadership really cares. This is on full display during current conditions. Business decisions are well thought out. Big investment in safety for our teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to lead, coach, develop and grow talented associates. Helping the company progress/grow. Knowing that I work for a stable company helps me plan for my family.
