You need Managers that are willing to work not sit at the cameras all day

The most positive thing is my co workers on the floor and the front of the house
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Team Work, compassion, they dont help the employees they slam them and that's not how you run a Restaurant
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are over worked and Harley get our breaks properly and we are always under staffed with the lack of help from Management
