My co-workers are nice people but when it comes to management is kind of poor, we do not have enough cook at the evening shift, the chef there is very rude to the servers. we dont have enough inventory always out of some items, the daily vegetables are always corn and carrots , NOT GOOD.

The kitchen manager is very rude person.

We help each other as much as we can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a servers they should pay us more, we are under staff.
