We don't have anymore good benefits but the mandatory part is still intact, like the holidays. We most have to work if we want to keep our job but they don't pay us extra when we use to.

We have no meetings whats so ever between peers at our store so everyone complains without solutions

They need more in depth interviews to see if people actually want to work.

Needs more structure and organization of the crew and managers.

Alot of my customers say we have horrible service and that the never never comes out the same every time

Employee appreciation has decreased dramatically, therefore, employees should be recognized and paid properly.

Hire more and treat them fair so they dont quit the next week.
