That they were very nice and able to be good to their employees

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Present the truth of what the employee will truly encounter. Quite honestly, you're told several untruths to get you to go to work for them, but they simply don't deliver. It feels like you're buying a used car from an irreputable salesman.
I'm used to bosses that listen and take suggestion as well as give advice
