Coworkers help one another and work as team

I would rather have team meetings then team funerals

They work good together most of the time

Teams in their own right work fantastic together.

All this work together very well

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Unfortunately, my coworker's attitudes are caught up in the toxic "blame game" environment that affects productivity. Real team support driven my truly investing in their worth would help start to improve a better team atmosphere.
