What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are intentionally aware of their teammates, always seeking ways to assist your progression. towards a goal.
They reacted fast and did the best they could to keep the company financially stable and employees healthy during COVID-19. I also appreciate how transparent and willing to get better they are while we're looking for sustained change for those who are marginalized, or worse. They are listening.
Our leadership team is smart, strategic, and willing to move fast for the greater good of the company.
In IT engineering department leadership is literally at your fingertips. The managers, Director, VP & CIO all sit in the same room with you.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Plenty of PTO, good bonus structure
Fair compensation for the work that we do.
In the IT engineering department pay is very fair.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team understands the value of collective improvement. We all grow when WE ALL GROW!
My team is remote and works well together. Feels like a family.
We live the culture. We recognize strengths. We care about each other.
We enjoy each other and get a lot done!
I love my coworkers. Very friendly and willing to help. With this being my first position as a Developer I could not have ask for better.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Time is intentionally set aside to CELEBRATE the achievements of our teammates!
Work from home, great HR and Learning/Development team.
The culture we agreed we wanted to create a couple of years ago is actually part of discussions and decisions we have made. It's been cool to see.
We can make suggestions and have things changed or fixed for the better at any time.
Always something going on health fair, spirit day, world culture week, etc.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was encouraging to be offered a fair opportunity to demonstrate my ability to contribute equitably, if hired.
Laid back and technically focused
That I immediately felt like I wanted to work for my boss and he demonstrated that he wanted me on his team.

I am overjoyed to help other work towards improving their job performance; consequently increasing self-efficacy and retention.
I work with amazing people doing work that is vitally important for the success of the company.
