How's the work life balance at North American Bancard?
Good work life balances, occasional deadlines cause overtime but overall no overtime in developer position
The work life balance is pretty good, most of the managers understand if you need to flex your time to meet personal events, and there is a decent work from home time available.
What's the office layout like at North American Bancard?
Open office layout for developers, cubicles for other various departments with an open office feel

I haven't been interviewed in about 6 years so I wouldn't know what it's currently like
What part of North American Bancard's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Right now the technology portion is growing the fastest. We're shifting focus towards technology and mobile payments.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at North American Bancard?
I would make it so that everyone can take as much Work from home time as they'd like without a negative stigma around it, and without the stigma around "we'll work better if we're in the office".
What do people at North American Bancard think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
The CEO has some issues with staying on task and likes to jump around to the latest and greatest sometimes wasting man-power by shifting focus too often, but this also allows us to stay at the forefront of technology so it's half good half bad
What benefits does North American Bancard provide?
The whole company (besides c level and above) share a single tier of benefits, which include vision, dental, and medical, FSA, and life insurance. Each is available at a premium, though the health insurance premiums are a little higher than I'd like for an employer based policy (about 90 a paycheck for 2500 or like 150 a paycheck for 1000)
What do you like best about the leadership team at North American Bancard?
In IT engineering department leadership is literally at your fingertips. The managers, Director, VP & CIO all sit in the same room with you.
What makes you most happy at North American Bancard?
Being able to work with new technology. This company is going and so is its technology.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at North American Bancard?

I love my coworkers. Very friendly and willing to help. With this being my first position as a Developer I could not have ask for better.
