No, there is a lot of "friendship networking" that is appreciated more than honest and hard work
What skills do you look for when hiring? Any specific?
Mostly take orders and follow orders. Lately in CSS no new way to improve the process is appreciated. Be ready to make sure that your manager looks good and "maybe" get promoted
