we pay stole $400 and admitted to it. bad company
WePay on several occasions have withheld my money for weeks on end and they never respond. The fact that that they process money and don't have a phone support to discuss these issues is ridiculous. I would not recommend working with this company at all.
Their customer service is non-existent. It is impossible to reach a human being. When a customer has exhausted their email-based customer service (which they ironically call "customer delight") they refuse to talk by phone. It is not surprising that the Better Business Bureau has given them an "F."
