What's the work from home policy like at Plastiq?
Depends on the job. Several engineers frequently work from home. For sales and marketing, it doesn't make as much sense.
How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at Plastiq?
Interview style was low-key, not adversarial. Interviewers did not seem to be working from a plan -- each took their own approach. Appreciated their candor. Pace of their process was slow.
