The only ego seems to be that we can take on competitors and the status quo. As a result, everyone is supportive, positive, giving, and team-focused. The leadership is mature, but energized. We tend to hire "A Players," or those with serious "A" qualities who just need the right environment to thrive and prove themselves. There's a special feeling in the air here where we know we can take control of the market.
