Great communication with all team employees.
The company has a whole is a great place to work. The culture is fun ans high paced. The teammates that I work with are great people. However, they push people into management who are better off individual contributors. This can make for a poor experience for people under them.

How our teammates dress can vary - some teammates dress casual with jeans and t-shirt and other teammates dress to impress. All (work appropriate) outfits welcomed!

I wore a suit. While dress code is casual here, I wore the suit to show I was taking it seriously. Can't hurt!

Avidxchange actually has a comprehensive list of benefits. Their medical, 401k, PTO and disability is equal to other enterprise companies. On top of that, the healthcare premiums are covered by them. Honestly, as long as I work here, I'm not worried about getting sick.
