What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team worries too much about being "cool" and "fun" and not enough about how well everyone is performing. I don't want to hear bad jokes about sports, I want to hear about my job. They also need to learn when a meeting should be a meeting and when it should be an email.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pto is good, easy to request pto

Our health insurance is pretty bare bones
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always willing to jump in and help. You never hear people say "that's not my job". If there's an issue you're struggling with, the team bands together to support you and resolve it.

That is focuses on behaviors which are long term indicators of success
The pace - it was a very quick process but comprehensive with lots of opportunity to ask questions to ensure that I also felt it was a good fit for me.
