What are some of the best things about your team?
How connected we are as teammates. We always create space for fun and spend time getting to know each other outside of work. That helps us work faster and be more creative together during our brainstorming sessions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can truly be yourself at AvidXchange. You can be more human. That doesn't mean that you can be unprofessional but people really see you for you and help you understand your strengths and opportunities deeply so that you can grow in a way that is true to who you are.
