I work well with my manager and appreciate she backs me up.

Too many managers floating around

We get benefits relatively early.

Feel as though I was given the title but not the pay others have received at this level.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have fun with my coworkers
Work well together - mostly upbeat and easy to work with
