Very disheartening. I expected so much more from the HR Dept.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Constant reorganizing of the nursing dept (from the top, down) is causing dissatisfaction among nurses. The best nurse managers have been let go in favor of loud and hyper cheerleaders. Many nurses are jumping ship and going to Northside.

Working with those who care and know what they are doing
