- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Enabling talent to do their jobs rather than being overbearing and smarter than everyone else.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?we are not enabled to have meetings or make progress without our CEO involved. It is stifling and there is a level of intimidation and now passivity/resignation for most employees.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?too many things at this point. the issues have persisted for too long, sometimes it is just a lost cause.
