Mr. David T. Perry has been the Chief Global Business Development Officer at Northrop Grumman Corporation since July 23, 2012 and also has been its Corporate Vice President since 2009. Mr. Perry is responsible for the Northrop Grumman's domestic and international business development and business acquisition efforts. He has been President of Northrop Grumman International Trading at Northrop Grumman Corporation since July 24, 2017. He served as a Sector Vice President and General Manager of Naval & Marine Systems Division at Northrop Grumman Corporation from October 15, 2009 to July 23, 2012 and also served as its Vice President of Marine Systems Division of Electronic Systems sector from 2005 to 2009. He have executive responsibility for all Marine Systems programs and is provide leadership for the propulsion, power generation, nuclear instrumentation and controls and launcher businesses at Marine Systems' locations in Sunnyvale, Calif.; Sykesville, Md., Kings Bay, Ga., and Bangor, Wash. He joined Northrop Grumman Corp. in 1999, as a Marketing Manager, responsible for submarine-related programs. Since 2003, he has served as the Strategic Business Unit Director for Northrop Grumman Corp.'s machinery controls and automation business in Charlottesville, Va. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, he had a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, serving in a variety of assignments including Junior Submarine Officer on the USS Hawkbill (SSN-666) and Engineer Officer on the USS Dallas (SSN-700), along with numerous other deployments and shipyard assignments. He also served as an Assistant Professor of Naval Science at George Washington University. He also serves as a Member of Corporate Policy Council at Northrop Grumman Corporation. He serves as a Board Member for Sentinels of Freedom, a non-profit organization supporting wounded warriors. Mr. Perry earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and a Master's Degree in Engineering Administration from George Washington University. He completed Naval Nuclear Propulsion Training and Numerous Submarine Officer Courses. He has also completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education program.
